Who we are

JuntoPlan (juntoplan.com) is operated by Capra Works, France. This policy explains what we collect when you use JuntoPlan and what we do with it.

What we collect

Who can see your planner

A planner's content is visible to its members only. Anyone who has a planner's invite link can ask to join it, so share that link only with people you want in the group.

Photos you upload to a planner's Memories or chat are stored privately. They are shown only to the planner's members, through links that expire after 15 minutes. Someone who leaves or is removed from a planner can no longer open them. An image you add by link stays on the website that hosts it: JuntoPlan saves only the link, and anyone who has that link can open it there.

How we use it

Shop prices you add

When you add a price you saw at a store (the item, price, store, date and whether it came from the shelf, a receipt or online), it can be seen by every signed-in JuntoPlan user, so prices build up faster. Your name is only shown to people who share a plan with you; everyone else sees "Another JuntoPlan user", although each price carries a random account ID that links the prices you added. You can delete prices you added at any time.

Services we rely on

Cookies

No advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account exists. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing support@juntoplan.com. You can also delete your account yourself, from your Account page: see Delete your account for what is deleted and what is kept. Deleting a planner removes its content for every member. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
