Start with an idea

“Shall we
make a plan?”

You don't need every detail figured out. That's what planning together is for.

  1. Give it a name.

A week of meals, a trip, a party. Add dates when you have them.

  2. Bring your people in, if you like.

Share the invite link with your household or friends, or keep the plan to yourself.

  3. Make it yours, together.

Add the days, meals, tasks and budget. Keep coming back as the plan takes shape.

Trips and celebrations

Less back-and-forth.
More looking forward.

The day's plans, what to bring, who's doing what. Together, so everyone can find their part.

Before you gather

A few things
you might wonder.

Is this just for trips?

No. Use a plan for your weekly meals and shopping, a household's, a family holiday, a birthday or a weekend with friends. Fill in the sections you need.

Can I use it on my own?

Yes. A plan works just as well for one person. Invite your household or friends whenever you like, or never.

Does everyone need an account?

Yes. Share your plan's invite link, and your people sign up or sign in to join it.

What counts towards the free limit?

Meal and shopping plans are free and unlimited. The free limit is 3 active trips or events you own; archiving one frees its place. Plans someone else owns don't count.

Who can see our plan and photos?

Your plan and its shared photo album are available to the plan's members. Every member can add and edit; owners and organisers look after the plan's settings and who's in it.
